Topside Doctor Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for a position at GoBeyond.Healthcare, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Post Graduate Emergency Experience: Applicants must have a minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working in an emergency setting e.g. Emergency Department, Emergency Medical Service or Flight service (Fixed Wing or Rotor Wing). We value expertise in handling critical and time-sensitive medical situations.
- Medical Degree with Distinction(Cum Laude): Candidates are required to have graduated from medical school with the distinction (Cum Laude), indicating that they achieved an overall average of at least 80% in their final four years of their medical degree. We recognize the importance of academic excellence in providing top-tier medical care.
- Post graduate certifications: Valid ACLS, ITLS/ATLS and PALS certification
- Exemplary Experience: We also consider other exemplary experiences and qualifications that candidates may bring to the table. This may include additional certifications, specialized training, or outstanding references from prior medical roles.
